Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Exec/CLC - Cumbria

£35,000 - £50,000+ DOE

The position involves effectively handling a busy caseload of a wide range of property transactions for both freehold and leasehold properties including:

• Sales & Purchases
• Re-mortgages
• New-build Purchases
• Equity Release
• Transfer of Equity
• Auction Sales and Purchases
• Buy to Let
