Job description

Eden Scott’s client is looking for a detail-oriented DB Pension Administrator to join a well-established team in Perth on a 12-month contract.


Key Responsibilities

  • Administer DB pension schemes in line with scheme rules and current legislation.
  • Process member events including retirements, transfers, deaths, and leavers.
  • Maintain accurate member records and ensure timely updates.
  • Liaise with members, trustees, and third-party providers to resolve queries.
  • Support scheme reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities.


Candidate Specification

  • Proven experience in DB pension administration.
  • Strong understanding of pension legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficient in pensions administration systems and Microsoft Office.
