Head of HR – Luxury Hotel Group

Office based role - London

We’re excited to be partnering with a leading luxury hotel group in their search for a Head of HR. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR leader who’s passionate about people, culture, and service excellence to step into a senior role where you can really make your mark.

The Role

As Head of HR, you’ll be responsible for shaping and driving the people strategy across the group. You’ll work closely with the leadership team to support growth, foster a high-performing culture, and ensure the employee experience reflects the same level of care and excellence our client delivers to their guests.

Key areas of focus will include:

• Leading and developing the HR team across multiple locations
• Driving talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning
• Embedding a culture of learning, development, and progression
• Overseeing employee relations and ensuring compliance with employment law
• Partnering with senior leaders on organisational design and workforce planning
• Championing diversity, inclusion, and wellbeing initiatives
• Ensuring HR policies and practices support both the people and business strategy

What We’re Looking For

• A proven track record in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within hospitality, luxury retail, or a service-driven industry
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law (international experience is a bonus)
• A people-first mindset, balanced with commercial acumen
• Experience building and scaling HR functions to support business growth
• Exceptional communication, influence, and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for creating positive workplace cultures
