• Release Train Lead- Lead 2 Cash Project
• London - Onsite 3/4 days a week
• 6 month rolling contract
• Outside of IR35
• Market Rate

We're looking for a Change Partner to support the launch and transition for our clients Lead to Cash transformation initiative. This role will be instrumental in guiding our organization through this critical phase of implementation and ensuring a smooth transition to operational status.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead change management activities across the L2C value stream.
• Drive stakeholder engagement, training, and readiness across global teams.
• Support the MVP launch (Q4 2025) and transition to BAU (Q1 2026).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, GBS, and Technology.
• Deliver change impact assessments, communications, training plans, and adoption metrics.
• Ensure consistent change architecture and approach across all affected personas.

Ideal Candidate

• Solid Change Management Lead Experience
• Extensive Lead 2 Cash Experience
• Familiarity with Salesforce, ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), and eCommerce platforms.
• Change management certifications (e.g., Prosci, APMG) are highly desirable.
