Job description

Interim Structured Finance Lawyer:

We’ve partnered with one of the UK’s fastest-growing free employee benefits companies as they continue an exciting period of growth. To support their expanding legal function, they are seeking an experienced Structured Finance Lawyer to provide hands-on support.

This role will focus primarily on Structured Finance transactions, with additional exposure to M&A and day-to-day BAU legal matters. The successful candidate will need the confidence and expertise to run transactions independently, while working closely with the General Counsel and engaging with external counsel as required.

Key Details:

• Location: Hybrid working in London (2-3 days onsite)
• Start date: ASAP
• Contract length: 3 months (potential extension to 6)
