Commercial Property PSL Lawyer – Legal 500 Firm, Cambridgeshire

We are delighted to be working with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Cambridgeshire who are seeking a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to join their thriving Commercial Property team

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate lawyer who enjoys the technical side of law and is looking to step away from a traditional fee-earning role, while still playing a central part in the growth and success of a market-leading practice

The Role

As Commercial Property PSL, you will:

• Keep the team fully up to date with changes in legislation, case law and market practice
• Develop and maintain high-quality precedents, know-how and guidance notes
• Design and deliver engaging internal training sessions for lawyers at all levels
• Support business development initiatives by producing client briefings and thought leadership
• Work closely with Partners and senior fee-earners to drive knowledge-sharing and innovation within the practice

About You

• A qualified Solicitor with solid experience in commercial property
• Ideally, you will have recent PSL experience or be looking to step into a PSL role, with a strong technical background
• Excellent communication and drafting skills
• Enthusiastic about training, mentoring and supporting colleagues
