Are you an experienced Transition Project Manager or Business Readiness Lead with a strong track record of delivering complex IT and operational change? This is your opportunity to play a key role in the successful implementation of the new Monarch SCADA system—ensuring a smooth, coordinated, and risk-managed transition across business and operational teams.

Your job will be to:

• Lead end-to-end business readiness planning, ensuring alignment across transition, cutover, and go-live activities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement new processes and ensure operational readiness across business and IT functions

• Monitor and report on readiness progress, manage risks, and drive post-implementation reviews and business continuity planning
