  • Help monitor project costs, change control, and reporting.
  • Work closely with project managers, suppliers, and engineers.

Contract Administration

  • Support the management of NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
  • Help track compensation events, variations, and commercial communications.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Liaise with internal teams across engineering, finance, and procurement.
  • Ensure effective commercial support throughout delivery.

About You

  • 2+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role (infrastructure, civils, or energy preferred).
  • Familiar with NEC contracts and commercial processes.
  • Interested in both pre- and post-contract phases of project delivery.
  • Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • UK driving licence (preferred) for occasional site visits.
