Job Role:

HSE Lead

Purpose of the Role

To ensure that Texo Group operations are actively compliant with both internal and regulatory requirements and working to maintain safe and healthy work environments whilst actively promoting safe behaviours and positively influencing a safety-first culture.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience


Essential

  • NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational HS/ NEBOSH General Construction Certificate
  • IRCA Internal Auditor qualification
  • Practical experience operating with an organisation as Principal Contractor under CDM 2015
  • Experienced in On-boarding and verification of Sub-Contractors
  • Working knowledge of Temporary Works (BS 5975)
  • Comfortable presenting to small groups of people on HSE Fundamentals
  • Experienced Incident Investigator
  • Experienced Risk Assessor
  • CITB: CSCS Card for Site entry



Preferred


  • NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational HS/ NVQ Lvl 6 equivalent
  • CITB: SMSTS Qualification
  • Chartered Member of IOSH of IIRSM
  • IRCA Lead Auditor
  • EUSR SHEA Water/ DOMS
  • Experienced in Confined Space Entry or Rope Access Operations

  • Ability to lead the discipline
  • Experience in Construction/ Utilities sector
