As a Retail Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Store Manager in all day-to-day retail operations
• Leading the retail team by example to deliver excellent customer service
• Driving performance to meet sales and KPI targets
• Managing team motivation, development, and training
• Helping with stock management and visual merchandising standards
• Creating a positive environment for both customers and colleagues
  
  

We're looking for a Supervisor who:

• Has experience as a Supervisor, Senior Sales Assistant or Team Leader in a busy retail setting
• Is confident, hands-on, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment
• Has a proven track record of delivering strong results and leading a team
• Is passionate about service, product and store standards
• Wants to grow a career in fashion retail management
