Position: Production Coordinator – Fine Jewellery

Location: Hatfield, Hertfordshire

Hours: Full Time, Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:45 PM

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

A highly respected UK-based fine jewellery manufacturer—renowned for its quality craftsmanship and long-standing partnerships with premium retailers—is seeking a Production Coordinator to support its growing Fine Jewellery division. With over 40 years of experience and workshops in both Hertfordshire and London, this company is at the forefront of bespoke bridal and fine jewellery manufacturing.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As Production Coordinator, you'll play a central role between suppliers, workshops, and retail partners, ensuring everything runs smoothly across the production cycle for diamond and gemstone-set pieces. Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily coordination of fine jewellery orders
• Liaising with suppliers to manage timelines and expectations
• Overseeing quality control to maintain high craftsmanship standards
• Managing stock levels and overseeing sample requests
• Handling returns and repairs efficiently
• Managing pricing and invoicing processes

What They’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar production or coordination role
• Strong background in fine jewellery production is essential
• Solid knowledge of diamonds and gemstones
• Excellent attention to detail and high standards in quality control
• Outstanding organisational and time management skills
• Clear, confident communication across teams and stakeholders
