Milk Education are recruiting for an Unqualified Teaching Assistant for a specialist SEND Provision in Newcastle to work on a long-term basis starting in September! This

Unqualified Teaching Assistant Role & Responsibilities:

● Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students

● Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs including working with SEND

● Work with the teacher in intervention planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/plans as appropriate

● Deliver catch-up sessions

Unqualified Teaching Assistant Non-negotiables:

● Must have recent/relevant experience working with children and young people

● Must have a passion for education

● Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills

● Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the teacher
