Position: Learning Manager – UK & Ireland (EU Team)

Role Overview:

As Learning Manager, you’ll play a key role in aligning learning initiatives with business strategy. You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders to identify capability gaps, co-create impactful learning solutions, and foster a culture of continuous development. Your work will directly support onboarding, product training, and the adaptation of global learning campaigns to local needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic learning partner to internal teams, building strong relationships and understanding business priorities.
  • Translate business insights into tailored learning plans that support capability growth and performance.
  • Lead the execution of onboarding and product training programs across multiple indications.
  • Adapt global learning campaigns for local implementation, ensuring relevance and impact.
  • Promote a learning culture grounded in trust, reflection, empowerment, and knowledge sharing.
  • Facilitate engaging learning experiences using blended methods (face-to-face and virtual).
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and ensure consistency in content delivery.
  • Lead local content creation and manage external agencies when needed.
  • Coordinate with operations and events teams to deliver seamless onboarding and learning events.
  • Ensure all learning materials meet compliance and local approval standards.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives, using feedback to drive continuous improvement.


Your Profile:

  • 1–3 years minimum experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development, ideally within commercial pharma or fast-paced, innovative environments.
  • Strong understanding of sales training or prior experience in sales/sales management is highly desirable.
  • Proven success in implementing country-level learning programs and supporting business leaders.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled facilitator with a passion for creating engaging learning experiences.
  • Comfortable with both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
