Hays is proud to be partnering with a respected Multi Academy Trust to recruit a HR Advisor on a temporary basis, with an immediate start.

About the Role:

As HR Advisor, you'll play a key role in supporting the Trust's HR function, providing expert advice and guidance across the full employee lifecycle. You'll be instrumental in casework support and policy interpretation, helping to ensure best practice and compliance across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering HR advice and guidance on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
• Supporting managers with casework including disciplinary, grievance, and absence management.
• Advising on HR policies and procedures.
• Ensuring consistency and fairness in HR practices across the Trust.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a generalist HR advisory role
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
