UX/UI Product Designer

London (2-3 days per week in office)

Salary: circa £45,000

This role sits within a fast-growing B2B fintech that’s transforming how small and medium-sized businesses access finance. The company partners with leading banks, lenders, and financial platforms and uses live transactional data to deliver smarter decisioning and better customer outcomes, making it a trusted provider to some of the most recognisable names in financial services.

They're looking for a creative and passionate UX/UI Product Designer to join a growing Product team. You’ll play a key role in shaping intuitive, user-focused experiences across their web and mobile platforms. If you love solving complex problems with elegant design and want to make an impact in a fast-paced SaaS environment, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll be doing

• Collaborating with product managers, developers, and customer teams to design innovative solutions.
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-quality mockups that bring ideas to life.
• Conducting user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Translating complex requirements into simple, user-friendly journeys.
• Helping define and maintain design standards, ensuring a consistent look and feel across platforms.
• Staying up to date with UX/UI trends and sharing knowledge within the team.

About you

• Experience working in product design roles (ideally in B2B SaaS or financial services).
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design, accessibility, and responsive principles.
• Confident communicator who can present and explain design choices.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
• Bonus points if you’ve designed for SaaS/FinTech platforms, or worked within component frameworks (e.g. React, Tailwind).
