We’re seeking a Merchandiser (Maternity Cover) to lead the planning and trading of Non-Clothing departments.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive merchandising strategy to maximise sales and minimise risk.
• Collaborate with Buying Teams to build balanced, commercial ranges across all channels.
• Lead seasonal range sign-offs and present to senior stakeholders.
• Manage OTB, stock levels, and forecasting using tools like WSSI and Range Planner.
• Analyse trading performance, market trends, and promotional activity.
• Mentor and develop your Assistant Merchandiser and Merchandising Assistant.

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in merchandising, forecasting, and range planning.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen.
• A collaborative spirit and ability to influence across departments.
