We at Coforge are seeking “Product Owner” with the following skill-set:

Job Description:

• Collaborating with stakeholders and other leaders to understand project requirements and priorities.
• Translate roadmap iterations into actionable features, user stories, and releases for the engineering team to develop, while representing the users throughout the completion of these work items. Plan, prioritize, and manage product features and requirements from the conceptual stage through the product lifecycle to optimize revenue and meet operational, financial, and corporate objectives within the business segment.
• Conduct product management ceremonies such as key stakeholder meetings, backlog refinement sessions, sprint reviews, and more.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to plan releases and ensure consistent Agile execution of product plans, resulting in on-time and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

(There are overlaps with the APM role):

Certified Product Owner (CPO) and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) certifications.

Experience in Product Ownership within a Data Warehouse or Data Reporting environment would be advantageous.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.

Familiarity with Agile tools and techniques such as JIRA, Confluence, and Agile metrics.

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
