Interim Corporate/M&A Lawyer in London Area

Job description

Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is looking to hire a junior corporate/M&A lawyer for 6 months. Responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with M&A advisory documentation (e.g. Engagement letters).
• Providing general advice on corporate matters in an advisory capacity.
• Coordinating with other legal teams and external counsel, where appropriate.

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• Excellent training from a top-tier UK or US law firm.
• A minimum of one year post-qualification experience.
• Corporate/M&A experience, including experience drafting engagement letters, confidentiality agreements etc.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to adapt to the team's changing needs.
