Are you a seasoned Compliance Officer for Legal Practice (COLP) with a deep understanding of SRA regulations?

We are seeking x2 dedicated and proactive leaders to join our well-established legal services firm in Liverpool.

This is a critical leadership role where you will be instrumental in:

Shaping Culture: Fostering a firm-wide culture of ethical and compliant practice.

Driving Policy: Developing and enforcing policies aligned with SRA standards. ✍

Managing Risk: Leading risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities. ⚠

Ensuring Oversight: Maintaining a robust compliance monitoring system and conducting regular audits.

If you're a UK-qualified solicitor with a track record in risk management, complaints handling, and a strong grasp of AML and GDPR and understanding of SRA laws and regulations, we want to hear from you.
