Job description
A fantastic opportunity to join a top international law firm based in London as an In-house Employment Lawyer.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal advice on employment matters, particularly in complex international restructuring and outsourcing projects.
- Handle a broad range of employment law issues
- Employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, performance, investigations)
- Employment litigation and settlements (including managing external counsel)
- Policy review and updates
- Employment contracts and reward policies
- Support on corporate transactions (e.g. TUPE)
- Deliver legal updates and training to HR and business teams
Candidate Profile
- 6+ years PQE, ideally with prior in-house experience.
- Experience in regulated or partnership environments and international employment law.
