This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team within a well-established agency, supporting their continued growth in the Education sector.

The Role

As an Education Candidate Resourcer, you will:

• Source, attract and register high-quality candidates for roles within schools and education settings.
• Build strong talent pools and manage candidate pipelines.
• Conduct pre-screening, compliance checks and interviews.
• Work closely with Recruitment Consultants to meet client staffing needs.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through to placement.

About You

To be successful, you will need:

• Experience resourcing candidates within the Education or Social Care sector (essential).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to prioritise.
• Confidence using job boards, social media and recruitment technology to identify talent.
