Summary

• Our client based in Oxford City Centre is looking to hire their first Reward Specialist
• The opportunity is to lead and develop the reward strategy for this rapidly growing business.

Our Client

My client is involved in the whole supply chain of clean energy. It has a growing workforce of circa 150 and looking at continued growth throughout the rest of the year and into 2026

The Role

The Head of Reward opportunity will be creating the foundations of reward for this growing business.

Main Duties

The role’s main focus:

• Work with the senior leadership team
• Build initial rewards platform
• Develop the reward function as the business grows

The Successful Candidate

The Head of Reward role requires a proven reward specialist that is looking to build a reward function.

What’s on offer?

The salary is flexible between £80-£100,000 + bonus. The role is based from their central Oxford city location, ideally with 4-5 days a week in the office.
