Job description

We are looking for a highly capable Head of Supply Chain to take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain function within our client's growing FMCG business based in London. This is a leadership role with responsibility for warehousing, logistics, and planning as well as leading a sizeable team.


You’ll be accountable for developing and building efficient, scalable processes that support business growth across multiple sales channels (retail, wholesale, and e-commerce), while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Leadership – Own and optimise the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring it supports business growth and customer expectations.
  • Planning & Forecasting – Lead demand and supply planning to maintain optimal stock levels, manage production schedules, and minimise waste.
  • Warehousing & Inventory – Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and stock control, ensuring smooth flow of goods.
  • Logistics & Distribution – Manage 3PLs and logistics providers to ensure cost-efficient, on-time delivery to all customer channels.
  • Process Improvement – Implement systems, processes, and KPIs to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Supplier & Stakeholder Management – Collaborate closely with suppliers, operations, finance, and commercial teams to align supply with business needs.
  • Team Leadership – Build and develop a high-performing supply chain team, creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.


Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven track record in a senior supply chain role within FMCG.
  • Strong expertise in warehousing, logistics, and planning.
  • Experience managing 3PLs and distribution networks.
  • Solid understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills.
  • Commercially aware, data-driven, and solutions-focused.


This is a hybrid role where you'll be expected to be in the office 2-3 times a week.
