Title: HR Performance Transformation Lead

Type: 18-Month Fixed Term Contract

Locations: Edinburgh, Manchester, Sheffield, Bristol or London

Elevation Recruitment Group are looking for a highly experienced HR Performance Transformation Lead to play a key role in shaping and embedding a new business wide performance management approach for a highly successful professional services business. This is an exciting opportunity to influence cultural change and support the development of a truly high-performance organisation.

You’ll work as part of the HR Business Strategy and HR Business Partner team, collaborating closely with senior leaders. With the design phase complete, the focus now shifts to delivery; embedding the new performance framework, driving engagement, and ensuring alignment with wider people and business strategies.

We’re keen to hear from you if you can bring:

• A proven track record of designing and delivering performance strategies in complex organisations
• A strong HRBP or generalist background with the ability to influence at senior levels
• Experience of working in matrix and global organisations
• Demonstrated collaboration skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Market awareness of wider industry performance trends
