Employment Managing Associate, Global Firm, 5PQE+

A global heavyweight law firm is seeking to hire a talented Employment Managing Associate to their market-leading London team. At the forefront of innovation and cross-border collaboration, this will represent a step-up for most employment lawyers.

Candidates should have transactional experience and need to be willing to work across this type of work going forwards, including private and public M&A, private equity, re-organisations/restructurings, corporate advisory and strategic and high-profile people and culture related mandates. The role will also include some high-stakes employment litigation.

For the right candidate at the senior end, conversations can be had regarding upwards progression.

To be successful, you will have -

• at least five years' PQE
• a strong academic record
• at least 50% transactional experience
• a willingness to engage in business development
