Quantity Surveyor

Gloucestershire (Hybrid)

Salary up to £55,000 + Car Allowance

We’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and growing construction consultancy based in Gloucestershire. You’ll be working across a range of residential and commercial projects from inception through to completion, ensuring value for money, cost control, and smooth delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting

Prepare tender and contract documents

Monitor project progress and manage variations

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams

Ensure compliance with contractual terms and company procedures

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction

Strong knowledge of residential and commercial build processes

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying

Full UK driving licence
