Your new role
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Junior HR Business Partner to support our site, supporting c130 employees. This is mainly a site-based role within a dynamic environment, offering the opportunity to contribute to a successful business.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, welfare meetings, and offboarding.
• Partner with people leaders to coach and develop management capability.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and drive continuous improvement in HR systems and processes.
• Administer benefits, collect payroll data, and manage employment changes.
• Collaborate on group-wide projects and harmonisation efforts across UK sites.
• Contribute to the implementation of a new Time & Attendance system.
• Support talent development and training initiatives in partnership with the central Talent team.
• Champion a positive workplace culture and contribute ideas to enhance employee experience.

What you'll need to succeed

• A hands-on HR professional with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Someone who enjoys project work and is keen to make the role their own
