Milk Education is working in partnership with a dynamic secondary school in Greenwich who are seeking to appoint a confident and motivated Cover Supervisor to join their team.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced cover supervisors who are looking to gain valuable classroom experience within a supportive school environment.

The Role:

• Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure students remain on task
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and engagement
• Support students with their learning and development

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience working with young people (school-based or similar setting desirable)
