Teacher – Alternative Provision, Camden

Milk Education is proud to be working alongside an Alternative Resource Provision in Camden who are looking to appoint a passionate and resilient Teacher to join their dedicated team.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is committed to making a real difference to young people who may present with additional needs, challenging behaviour, or barriers to learning.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across a broad curriculum
• Support students with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, SEN, or those at risk of exclusion
• Build strong relationships to motivate and inspire students to achieve their potential
• Work closely with support staff, therapists, and senior leaders to provide a holistic learning experience
• Maintain high expectations of learning, progress and behaviour

Candidate Requirements:

• QTS / QTLS or equivalent teaching qualification
• Experience working in an alternative provision, PRU, SEN, or mainstream with transferable skills
• Strong behaviour management strategies and a calm, empathetic approach
• Resilient, adaptable, and committed to inclusive education
