We’re Hiring: Video Content Creator

Birmingham | £24k – £30k | Full-time

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for social-first video? At TeacherActive, we’re looking for a Video Content Creator to craft content that inspires, engages, and brings our brand to life across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram & LinkedIn.

What you’ll do:

Film, edit & produce videos for multiple channels

✂ Repurpose long-form into short, social-first clips

Create thumbnails, motion graphics & branded assets

Experiment with trends & new formats

What we’re looking for:

• Skilled in Premiere Pro, After Effects or CapCut
• Confident with camera, lighting & sound
• Strong storytelling & scripting skills
• Social platform know-how (TikTok, YouTube, Insta, LinkedIn)
