We’re hiring: Coding Specialist (Variable Data)

Do you love problem-solving, logical thinking, and producing work that has to be spot on every time?

We’re expanding our coding team at Linney, a world-class multichannel marketing services business.

As a Coding Specialist (Variable Data), you’ll:

• Translate campaign briefs into accurate, reliable coding solutions
• Work with artwork parameters and structured data
• Support some of the UK’s biggest brands with personalised marketing campaigns

Desirable skills and experience:

• Awareness or experience in artworking with Adobe applications
• Website creation skills
• Print knowledge
• Xerox VIPP experience

What we’re looking for:

• A methodical, detail-driven mindset
• Strong logical problem-solving ability
• Confidence working both independently and as part of a team
• No direct experience? No problem — if you’ve got the right mindset and willingness to learn, we’ll train you

This is a fantastic opportunity to build valuable technical skills in a supportive team, even if you’ve never worked in this area before.
