Job description

twentyAI are partnering with a leading global private markets investment firm recognised for its innovative strategies across private equity, real assets, and private credit. They’re expanding their Data team, which underpins portfolio analytics, investor reporting, and operational excellence. This is a temporary (contract) role, offering hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and input investment and investor data across the lifecycle
• Process and reconcile daily cashflows, ensuring accurate reporting
• Investigate and resolve cash breaks, handling stakeholder queries
• Perform quality control checks and collaborate with front office teams
• Support process improvements, automation, and system migrations
• Mentor junior team members and promote best practices
• Liaise with third-party administrators for smooth operations
• Assist with investment data analysis to inform decision-making

✨ Ideal Candidate:

• 4+ years’ private markets experience
• Strong understanding of fund structures and investment lifecycle
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus
