What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience at Staff, Principal, or equivalent senior level in Design.
• Expert in UX, UI and/ or UX Research
• Background in product-led organisations
• Strong understanding of UX and UI principles, with the ability to bridge research and design.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills – able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic mindset, but comfortable staying hands-on with research where needed.
