Head of CRM – Global Automotive Data Insights Provider

£80–110k + bonus + benefits | North West London (Hybrid, 2 days/week)

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 CRM across global teams.

Simplifying pricing and quoting processes to enable scalable growth.

Driving user adoption through coaching, stakeholder engagement, and process design.

Managing third-party vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver real business value.

What You’ll Need to Bring

Hands-on experience delivering Dynamics 365 CRM transformations.

A pragmatic, commercially-minded approach to solving complex problems.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across functions and cultures.

Comfort working in mid-sized, fast-moving environments — not large corporates.
