Job Title: Supply Chain Co-Ordinator

Location: Kent

Employment Type: Full-Time - Monday to Friday

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum


Are you a supply chain professional with a passion for driving efficiency, building strong supplier relationships, and ensuring products flow seamlessly from source to shelf? We’re looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in optimizing procurement, inventory control, and logistics operations.


What you’ll be doing:


  • Manage end-to-end supply chain processes, ensuring on-time, in-full product delivery.
  • Implement efficient ordering and stock strategies to reduce processing time and minimize waste.
  • Build and maintain supplier relationships to improve OTIF performance and inbound logistics.
  • Monitor supply chain KPIs, automate reporting, and introduce process improvements to boost accuracy and reduce lead times.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Production, and Trading teams to ensure seamless operations and compliance with retailer requirements.
  • Lead training sessions, daily warehouse briefings, and audits to maintain performance standards.
  • Use advanced MS Excel to analyze data, forecast demand, and develop tools that enhance decision-making.
  • Support new product development projects and optimize procurement and distribution processes


What we’re looking for:


  • Proven experience in supply chain coordination, procurement, or inventory management (fresh produce or FMCG sector experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capability and a track record of process improvement.
  • Skilled communicator, confident in working with suppliers, 3PLs, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, monitor KPIs, and deliver results under pressure.
  • Knowledge of stock control systems, material planning, and supplier performance management.
