Health & Safety Graduate – Coventry

Salary: £27,456 per annum | Coventry | Full-time, 40 hours/week

Role Accountabilities:

• Deliver internal toolbox talks and training
• Manage incident recording, generate reports, and identify opportunities for improvement
• Support H&S Manager with incident investigations and report preparation
• Assist with reviewing risk assessments, safety method statements, and procedures
• Develop internal safety, health, and environmental monitoring checklists
• Facilitate internal training via online platforms
• Support internal audits and coordinate HSE meetings

Candidate Requirements:

Essential:

• Degree in a relevant Safety, Health, and Environment discipline (or equivalent)
• Commitment to continuing learning and accredited qualifications
• Interest in achieving chartered status with IOSH
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Meticulous, organised, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
• Full UK driving license

Desirable:

• Previous experience with H&S checks, monitoring, or auditing
• Familiarity with risk assessments and report writing
• Ability to create and present reports
