We are working with our client who is a successful service and facility provider to Oil & Gas and Energy industry.


The company is looking for a Project Coordinator to work with an exciting, positive & dynamic team. This role would ideally suit someone with a project coordination or administrative background.

Responsibilities:


  • Coordinating general daily enquires from customers.
  • Keeping up to date the company schedules and forecast
  • Having full knowledge of tariff rates for individual customers
  • Attending customer meetings and holding conference calls as required
  • Ensuring customers’ expectations are managed and exceeded.
  • You will be responsible for processing Timesheets and Sales Invoices including maintaining accurate financial records
  • You will be part of the Project team supporting all departments and maintaining company services commercially


The Person


  • Proactive with the ability to time manage, coordinate and problem solve
  • Excellent IT skills & Excel ability.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skill with the ability to efficiently coordinate and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
