UX Designer – Contract

London (Hybrid, 3 days in office)

£52.88/hr (Inside IR35) (40 hours per week, mon-fri)

We’re seeking a UX Designer to join on a 6-month contract, driving impactful design solutions for complex products and programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving challenging problems, shaping product strategy, and guiding design systems at scale.

What you’ll do:

• Lead user-centered design processes from research to delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders to translate vision into implementation.
• Use data, insights, and testing to improve product experiences.
• Build consensus across teams, influencing design strategy and direction.
• Develop innovative solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Mentor and guide other designers, fostering design excellence.

What you bring:

• Strong expertise in UX design principles, design systems, and research methodologies.
• Proficiency in prototyping, storytelling, and presenting design concepts.
• Experience across the product development lifecycle with solid aesthetic and craftsmanship skills.
• Ability to synthesize data, anticipate user needs, and deliver scalable design solutions.
• Systems thinking mindset and comfort working on complex, multi-team initiatives.
