Job description

A leading Magic Circle firm is looking to hire a Managing Associate into its highly regarded Employment and Incentives team in London.

The team advises on complex mandates across private and public M&A, private equity, restructurings, and strategic board level issues such as senior appointments and exits, workplace investigations, conduct matters, and high value litigation. Clients include FTSE 100 companies, global multinationals, and financial institutions.

You will be joining a collaborative and technically strong team that works closely with leading incentives and remuneration specialists, enabling a joined up approach to complex people and governance issues. As a Managing Associate, you will be expected to take a lead on matters, support junior colleagues, and contribute to client relationship management and business development initiatives.

The successful candidate will have at least five years of post qualification experience in employment law, gained at a City law firm or equivalent. Strong technical skills and the ability to manage complex matters confidently both independently and as part of a team are key.
