Procurement Specialist – 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Grangemouth (hybrid working)


Iconic Resourcing are delighted to be partnering with a long standing client of ours in the drinks industry as they seek a Procurement Specialist to join their team. This is a hands-on role focused on facilities and services procurement, delivering value across multi-site operations. You’ll manage a wide range of categories, influence senior decision-makers, and help develop future procurement strategies. What You’ll Do

  • Oversee procurement for site services, MRO, and facilities management
  • Lead tenders and negotiate contracts across various spend areas
  • Develop and manage service level agreements
  • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including directors, the CFO, and CEO
  • Input to budgeting for 2026 and drive longer-term procurement strategy
  • Challenge current approaches and bring fresh strategic thinking


What We’re Looking For

  • Strong procurement experience—ideally in facilities, indirects, or site services
  • Proven ability running tenders, managing suppliers, and negotiating agreements
  • Comfortable engaging with and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker, proactive self-starter, and solutions-oriented
  • Flexible approach, open to faster-paced environments and changing priorities
  • Industry background not essential; adaptability beyond rigid processes is key
