Quantity Surveyor

Major Residential/Hotel Development

Wandsworth

We are seeking a driven and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join a leading main contractor delivering one of London’s landmark schemes.

This £100m+ development in Wandsworth will deliver over 950 units across two high-profile hotels, setting new standards in design, quality, and scale.

As part of the project team, you will:

• Take ownership of multiple packages, ensuring they are delivered to budget and programme
• Prepare and manage valuations, variations, and cost reports
• Assess subcontractor applications and payments
• Work closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor and project team to drive commercial success
• Liaise with subcontractors and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
