Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Trainee Estimator/Buyer located in Birmingham. The Trainee Estimator/Buyer will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of estimates for fencing and gate projects, sourcing and purchasing materials, coordinating with suppliers, and managing project costs. The individual will also be involved in maintaining records, conducting market research, and supporting the senior team members in various administrative tasks by working part of the Park Lane team.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage records and documentation effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to learn and develop in the role
• Previous experience in construction or related industry is a plus
