My client, a market-leading BTR operator, is seeking a Leasing Associate to join their stunning new development in West London, comprising over 250+ beautifully designed apartments.


As a Leasing Associate, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end resident journey from first enquiry through to deposit return ensuring a seamless experience. You’ll oversee lettings administration, compliance, marketing, and the presentation of homes, while also developing and implementing innovative leasing strategies. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll present performance insights and drive initiatives that shape the success of the scheme.


You’ll be joining a supportive team where your contribution is valued and your career development is prioritised with a clear pathway to progress into a Lettings Manager role.

Your responsibilities:


  • Lead the full lettings process from enquiry to deposit return, including viewings, negotiations, applicant vetting, and new let paperwork.
  • Analyse market trends and rental performance, producing reports, demographic insights, and leasing strategies for the General Manager and client.
  • Build strong relationships with residents, applicants, and third-party agents, delivering best-in-class customer service at every touchpoint.
  • Collaborate with the wider site team to foster a thriving resident community through events, communications, and innovative initiatives.
  • Coordinate renewal negotiations and appraisals, advising stakeholders on rent levels and ensuring smooth tenancy transitions.



Your requirements:


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to understand residents’ needs and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and solution-focused, taking ownership of duties while remaining flexible and collaborative within a team.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise tasks, work under pressure, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office platforms (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint) and comfortable managing documentation securely and confidentially.
  • Previous experience conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and handling lettings administration.
