Building Surveyor / Graduate Building Surveyor – Sustainability & Retrofitting

We’re looking for a motivated Building Surveyor or Graduate Building Surveyor with a passion for sustainability and retrofitting to join our forward-thinking team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects that make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

Sustainability & Retrofitting

• Assess and improve the environmental performance of existing buildings.
• Design and deliver retrofit projects to enhance energy efficiency.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to embed sustainable practices.

Building Surveying

• Carry out building surveys with detailed reporting.
• Undertake Red Book valuations in line with current standards.
• Complete fire risk assessments and dilapidation surveys.

Project Management

• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and local authorities.
• Ensure high-quality delivery across all aspects of surveying projects.

Your Professional Growth

• Work towards various different accreditations.
• Gain full support to complete your APC for MRICS.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Building Surveying or a related construction discipline.
• Knowledge of sustainability, retrofitting, and surveying principles.
• Familiarity with RICS standards and building regulations.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
