Client Administrator with Italian, Investment Company, London, Permanent, £27,000-£29,000


Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their Client Services team. Supporting high net worth individuals, you should have excellent administration skills, confident communication skills and be able to prioritise conflicting deadlines.


This will be based full time in the office in Central London, Monday to Friday.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting a team to provide company administration for a portfolio of companies and trusts
  • Be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring all instructions are dealt with efficiently.
  • Updating clients verbally and in writing, on matters related to their company.
  • Preparing statutory documentation and resolutions and ensuing administration is completed in a timely manner
  • Liaising with agents, external suppliers, solicitors, bankers and other third parties to ensure the smooth running of client companies
  • Updating and maintaining client records
  • Opening/closing of bank accounts, preparing bank payments within set timescales and monitoring accounts for incoming credits and liaising with the bank as and when necessary
  • Drafting legal documents, letters and invoices relating to client transactions
  • Organizing couriers and handling post including filing and further distribution
  • Assisting clients with ad-hoc requests as and when they arise including new transactions
  • Assisting with the on-boarding of new clients and all relevant formalities to set-up new client files
  • Dealing effectively and efficiently with all administration matters, complying with all relevant external regulations and internal Company policies and procedures;
  • Setting up the boardroom for meetings, answering incoming calls and accepting deliveries for the office
  • Carrying out ad-hoc duties, as required Oversee travel plans; including expenses and visas


Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Fluent written and spoken English and ideally Italian
  • Good customer services skills
  • A friendly professional personality, team spirit, adaptability and sound common sense
  • Good presentation, be self-motivated and have initiative
  • Able to prioritise workload as the work is varied and strict deadlines must be met
  • A methodical and organised approach to deliver high quality service
  • A keen eye for accuracy and detail
  • Numerate
  • An Interest in finance administration is helpful
