An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Commercial Lawyer to step into a high-impact leadership role, working closely with the General Counsel and managing a team of lawyers.

This is a broad, varied role covering high-value commercial contracts, public procurement, compliance, and legal risk—working across complex and meaningful projects in a large, fast-paced organisation.

We’re looking for:

✔ Strong private practice foundation (top-tier firm training)

✔ Proven in-house experience in a sizeable business (not start-up or tech)

✔ Expertise in public/private sector contracts, TUPE, GDPR, and complex commercial agreements

✔ A confident people manager with a focus on development and performance
