Job description

Junior Associate – Client Delivery

Location: London

Division: Client Relations – Harmony Fire Group

Since 2017, Harmony Fire has become the 72nd fastest-growing company in Europe, but we’re aiming even higher.

It is our mission to continue that growth with the knowledge that the more we grow the greater the impact we can have — reaching more people, increasing our social impact and creating more progression opportunities for our team.

We are passionate about making a difference and obsessed with quality. Our goal is to build a world where every resident can sleep safely at night, knowing their home is 100% compliant.

By delivering the highest-quality service, championing our values and going above and beyond to succeed, we can achieve our growth mission and make the UK safer, one home at a time.

We do this through our unique methodology:

  • Think – Creating smarter solutions for a safer, more risk-averse future
  • Protect – Applying knowledge to build safer environments
  • Sustain – Building long-term partnerships based on trust and value

We’re now hiring a Junior Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our client relations team.

This is a detail-driven, commercially aware role supporting the production of client proposals, reviewing sub-consultant inputs, and maintaining delivery excellence across multiple live projects. You’ll be the operational backbone for our client-facing teams — ideal for someone early in their consultancy career who’s ready to take ownership of quality and coordination.

Key aspects of the role

  • Support the creation of client proposals, fee submissions and delivery schedules
  • Review and validate proposals and documentation from sub-consultants and partners
  • Conduct due diligence on third-party costs, scopes, and deliverables
  • Quality-check sub-consultant outputs before they reach the client
  • Own and maintain internal trackers, templates, and project documentation
  • Coordinate internal reviews and sign-off processes for outgoing proposals
  • Liaise with the wider project team to ensure consistent messaging and outputs
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, packs and delivery materials for key accounts
  • Identify and escalate risks, gaps or inconsistencies across project workstreams

Key requirements

  • 1–3 years' experience in a consultancy, delivery or client services environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for doing things the right way
  • Strong commercial awareness – you understand cost, scope and risk
  • Confident working with sub-consultant documents, fee proposals and outputs
  • Process-minded and highly organised
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with project documentation and delivery admin
  • Experience in a design-led or construction-related setting is a plus
