Key Responsibilities

• Carry out building condition surveys, quinquennial inspections, and detailed assessments.
• Produce clear, comprehensive reports and prepare schedules of work.
• Liaise effectively with clients, local councils, contractors, and statutory bodies.
• Provide professional expertise to support the design and conservation work of the practice.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Building Surveying.
• MRICS accreditation (or working towards).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to commute to the office and willingness to travel to inspection sites.
