Job description

Elevate Flexible Legal Resourcing is seeking a Senior legal professional to join our customer's team as Regional Counsel, AME, on a contract basis, supporting a dynamic portfolio across the Americas and Europe region.

In this strategic role, you'll provide high-level legal counsel on regulatory, commercial, marketing, compliance, and governance matters. You’ll work closely with senior cross-functional stakeholders to enable business transformation, manage legal risk, and ensure consistency and efficiency across regional operations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualified senior lawyer with expertise in regulatory and commercial law
• Strong background in governance, compliance, and legal risk mitigation
• Experience in highly regulated sectors (e.g. FMCG, pharma)
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive legal strategy in a multinational environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on complex legal issues with commercial and regulatory impact
• Lead high-value legal workstreams and ensure compliance with evolving regulations
• Strengthen governance frameworks and support business sustainability
• Partner with external counsel and internal leadership across legal, operations, and commercial teams
