Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyse complex conflict reports
• Advise on conflict resolution strategies and appropriate actions
• Collaborate with fee-earners to resolve conflicts efficiently
• Provide conflict-related guidance on lateral hires
• Identify strategic conflicts across client types and workstreams
• Develop and implement conflict management policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards

Required Skills and Experience

• Qualified lawyer with approximately 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience in conflict resolution
• Strong understanding of professional conduct rule
• Experience with Intapp Conflicts software is desirable but not essential
